The Prime Minister’s Press Chief Bertalan Havasi has said that in Budapest’s Parliament Building on Wednesday Prime Minister Viktor Orbán and Governor of the State of Indiana Eric Holcomb met to discuss the further expansion of economic relations, and Hungary’s improved business environment.
The Prime Minister’s Press Chief Bertalan Havasi has told Hungarian news agency MTI that on Tuesday afternoon in the Parliament Building Prime Minister Viktor Orbán and President of Austria Alexander van der Bellen held talks on economic affairs and the stability of the Western Balkan region.
In an address prior to the start of the day’s business in Parliament, Prime Minister Viktor Orbán gave an assessment of the recently concluded national consultation, which he described as the most successful to date. The Prime Minister also told the National Assembly that the viability of the Hungarian model is now recognised everywhere – even by those who had previously raised concerns.
Prime Minister Viktor Orbán summed up the debate following his speech in Parliament by stating that the Hungarian people expect more seriousness, more respect and more responsibility from the opposition parties. He added that he believes they are right to do so.
“Prime Minister Viktor Orbán instructed the Interior Minister to take action with the full severity of the law in connection with former Jobbik Member of Parliament György Gyula Zagyva’s disgraceful anti-Semitic threats”, Bertalan Havasi, the Prime Minister’s press chief told the Hungarian news agency MTI after a press conference held by István Hollik, a Member of Parliament for KDNP on the matter.
