Prime Minister Viktor Orbán has said that modern-day migration is currently taking place almost everywhere in the world, and this may change the civilisational profile of the European continent; if this takes place it will be “irreversible”.
At a conference in Budapest on Friday, Prime Minister Viktor Orbán said that over the past five years the keyword for governance has been “strength”, but from now on it will be “attentiveness”. The conference, organized by the Alliance for a Civic Hungary Foundation, was entitled “Five Years in Governance”. The Prime Minister also said that a new chapter must be opened and emphasis must be placed on creating a civic quality of life.
In Prime Minister Viktor Orbán’s opinion, it is an outstanding example when a private enterprise decides to buy a company holiday resort which is not directly related to its activities, in a manner “that slightly recalls the atmosphere of old times”.

On the public television channel M1, Prime Minister Viktor Orbán described the issue of visa-free travel to the EU as the most important question at the Eastern Partnership Summit in Riga; this is still unresolved, however, he said.
