Prime Minister Viktor Orbán has travelled to the Czech capital where the prime ministers of the Visegrád countries will consult ahead of the Sunday EU summit, Bertalan Havasi, the Prime Minister’s press chief informed the Hungarian news agency MTI on Friday.
The working meeting of the V4 heads of government – Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babis, Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki, Slovak Prime Minister Peter Pellegrini and Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán – will be held in the Hrzán Palace in Prague on Friday evening.
At the meeting, the prime ministers will consult ahead of the special EU summit to be held at the weekend.
At the Sunday meeting of the European Council in Brussels, EU heads of state and government will continue the debate and will seek to reach an agreement with respect to the persons who will lead the EU’s most important institutions in the future.
