In a message Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu thanked Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán for his greetings sent on the occasion of the Jewish New Year, Bertalan Havasi, the Deputy State Secretary heading the Press Office of the Prime Minister informed the Hungarian news agency MTI on Monday.
“Your personal friendship and commitment of long to Hungarian-Israeli partnership have brought our governments and people closer together than ever before. I am certain that this continuously improving cooperation will also bring about tangible benefits for coming generations of our nations,” Mr Netanyahu wrote.
The Israeli Prime Minister expressed his appreciation due to the fact that his Hungarian partner consistently supports the State of Israel at European and international forums.
“I sincerely wish that you may spend the year ahead in prosperity and peace. Thank you for your friendship of many years and for your best wishes,” Mr Netanyahu wrote in conclusion in his message to Mr Orbán.
