Hungarian Minister of Human Capacities Zoltán Balog met EU Commisioner for Justive, Consumers and Gender Equality Vĕra Jourová on Thursday in Budapest.

Jourová praised Hungary for its pioneering and exemplary work in EU inclusion policy and asked Mr Balog about educational and segregation issues.

The Minister gave account of government initiatives which are instrumental in the inclusion and equal opportunity of disadvantaged people, such as children and the Roma.

The two sides agreed to open a permanent dialogue on educational matters. They both stated their common aim to provide proper education for the disadvantaged.
