The EU Foreign Affairs Council held a meeting in Brussels on 7 May 2015.

The head of the Hungarian delegation István Mikola, Minister of State for Security Policy and International Cooperation, stressed that no provisions in the agreement can be allowed to undermine the rights of the EU Member States to legislate.

The Secretary of State confirmed that among the OECD countries Hungary still considers it unnecessary to create a further discussion forum for foreign investor companies, because the parties' legal systems are stable and reliable.
