Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Péter Szijjártó met with Lichtenstein’s Foreign Minister Aurelia Frick and Monaco’s Foreign Minister Gilles Tonelli in Sofia on Wednesday.
Mr. Szijjártó and Aurelia Flick signed a visa representation agreement according to which Hungary’s foreign representations will be issuing visas on behalf of Liechtenstein in Moldova, Belarus and China.
The parties also agreed to extend their existing industrial cooperation to include high quality financial services, which has been made possible by the fact the treaty between the two countries on avoiding double taxation came into force earlier this year.
Hungary also established official diplomatic relations with Monaco recently and is accrediting its Parisian Ambassador to the region.
