The problem is not with civil society as a whole, but only with organisations which, united into international networks, operate with the sponsorship of foreign donors, Government Spokesperson Zoltán Kovács said on Thursday evening on the public service television news channel M1.
According to the Government Spokesperson, more than 62 thousand non-governmental organisations operate in Hungary which are not concerned with „the migrant business”, or with the protection of human rights which induces the violation of international law and the sovereignty of a country.
The problematic organisations will be required to render their operations fully transparent as in some cases they pursue policies which are contrary to the interests of a Member State, or the entire European Union, he said.
